Aside from breathing, eating is the only other necessity for living. It’s Not What You Eat, It’s What You Don’t

A healthy diet should be based on the amount of healthy foods you do eat, as opposed to the unhealthy foods you don't eat. It is important to understand that our diets should not consist of counting calories or minimizing portions, eating healthy should reflect the fun and energetic nature of being healthy. Always remember that eating an excess amount of healthy food will in fact make you excessively healthier. If your true intentions are to embody living vitality, understand that rewarding such a behavior is required from time to time.

Our drive through and mircowaved dinners may have made life more efficient, but unlike 30 years ago, there are now more people overweight than starving.¹ It is important to remember, even though we are offered protein powders and vitamin supplements, the human race has survived for thousands of years without any of these "efficiencies." Maybe there's something we can learn from this.
