White Meadows Farms

White Meadows Farms is a 3rd generation family owned farmed situated on the Niagara escarpment in Pelham, Ontario. For over 15 years they have specialized in Quality Maple Syrup. Their farm hosts Pancake Weekend's where breakfast, and pancakes, are served with their signature maple syrup which runs from January through April. They also offer "Sugar Bush Adventures" which consists of a guided and informational tour of their syrup farm in February and March.

Hamilton Eat Local

Hamilton Eat Local is dedicated to local farms and produce in the city. Each year they take the responsibility of finding all the local produce stands, farmer's markets and stores that sell local products and produce and print "easy to find" maps which are handed out all over the city. The initiative is brought to us by Environment Hamilton and its subsidiaries.

Nature's Way Organics

Nature's Way Organics is the only known organic popcorn producer in Canada, and their local! In addition to their "Passion Popcorn," Nature's Way also grows local produce which is sold throughout the growing seasons. You can purchase their organic popcorn at all Goodness Me stores.
